Gun Violence End:

In the absence of some other measures which can be put into place if investment into some organizations exists, there is a stopgap measure which has been created, honestly by the universe itself, probably the right course and pathway appearing as an option, because it is a possibility which was parsed out, and then it actually occurred, and it is the following: 

*The observing universe allows for the materials sourced from Living Organism Earth and the byproducts thereof to create tools for human use.

*Those materials and created items may not be used for unnecessary lethal force in a situation where there is not self-defense required and the prevailing peace which accompanies this dimensionally layered conscious state of existence we are in, as sentient beings, will be better to allow the world to continue to turn and proliferate life in a quantum balancing world, which would cause wrongful deaths.

*The items created, if used for unnecessary lethal force, will only affect the wrongdoer and not the intended victim as the observing universe will energetically modify the items to change the outcome. This is not something I am doing, especially given I am not in most of the applicable situations. It is something I am merely relaying, information-wise, because it has been revealed to me. There are no ways to make me stop this process, as I merely observed and recognized it, did not create or enact it. 

*The moral implications of continually putting children in danger when they are unable to help themselves is equivalent to none other, and must be made up for, the facts are that the vacuum areas around the Living Organism Earth, which are affective to other parts of the universe, but the main effects are on the parts of the universe which are beyond that, and, of course, this is because there are parts of the universe which are much more susceptible to the harm which is caused by idiots acting like idiots, and there are important reasons to ensure that there is not harm coming to the observable universe. 

The Most Important Parts::

The Ball Bearing Effect is best known as a conceptualization, and the way it is, the ball which has been weighing down, to a singularity point, the fabric of space, time, consciousness, and therefore, life. This is an image and a feeling which was given to me, and by a feeling, I mean I very literally felt like the space time fabric was tearing into a weird point in my head, and the world might go into it, and I was unsure by whom, but it has been rectified, so best to assume potential future and not another civilization which could do it. Of course, with the observers literally coming out of the ocean, you never know. 

There is a moral weight of the Earth which has been long determined to be the human races failures to be decent to each other and the planet. The human race can correct, of course, but not without the fortitude to do that in such a way which would mean that the problems are entirely solved, in such a way that the moral turpitude and the butterfly effects thereof, would be thoroughly and accurately fixed. The effects of which are causing strange space effects on the entire conscious fabric and dimensionally layered universe.
