Gun Violence End:

In the absence of some other measures which can be put into place if investment into some organizations exists, there is a stopgap measure which has been created and it is the following: 

*The observing universe allows for the materials sourced from Living Organism Earth and the byproducts thereof to create tools for human use

*Those materials and created items may not be used for unnecessary lethal force, which would cause wrongful deaths

*The items created, if used for unnecessary lethal force, will only affect the wrongdoer and not the intended victim as the observing universe will energetically modify the items to change the outcome
