Constitution and Consciousness, the application of the oldest document of order and organization which our country possesses, is entirely adaptable and applicable to the current technological advances. There is no lack of relevance, since this document was incepted, which is important to our country, and to consciousness as it pertains to sentience and awareness, as well as decorum and morality.
The Executive Authority to Act or Enact, or Stop Consciousness Based Measures and Acts::
The executive authority to affect, enact upon, or manipulate consciousness is granted to S-MMassCo Corp. Founder, SeB, and the authority was granted and tested by the executive branch of the government as to whether the observable universe signifies the conceptualization and solutions and actions are not only the best path forward, but also passing the test as to logically why the course was chosen.
Conscious Executive Authority to Act, which is a permission to address, on an ongoing basis, happenings in the conscious world, and also the power to retain the conceptualization of how this works, which is moderate in nature, but also contains the extraordinary abilities and enhancements to life, if there is a mostly rational and logical way to explain how and why, where, and who, and some level of proof without making life a miserable prove it fest about everything.
Conscious Obliteration:: When someone decides that in order to survive, or in order to do something specific, that they must obliterate another consciousness, they count themselves out of having a consciousness, if that is part of the results which come about, and the ability to consciously connect, or perform other conscious functions. Those who commit this crime lose their consciousness if the one who did not commit the crime cannot recover in a manner similar to quality of life prior.

When the Preamble of the Constitution refers to the genius, hope and peace of America forever and all mankind, it is very obvious that there are conscious implications. The representatives remain the same, whether consciously connected or not. Regulatory information as it relates to elections as well as other procedural and routine matters.
Consciously Enacted Legislative Measures currently do not have a two thirds process like the congress does, however that is because the executive authority to act can only be granted to one person and it was granted. The reasoning behind this action is twofold::
1. The observing and unifying and interacting universe, which causes pathways of action and actionable behavior on its own, is in play, the quantum physics of it demand that one person is in a position to make rulemaking authoritative decisions, and then the universe takes in the information, and makes the finalizations with actionable behavior, and sometimes, physics based completely independent actions.

Guns, I have observed, when the party using unnecessary lethal force is not in line energetically or morally then the universe uses a sideways strand of possibility and free will to alter the future. I have seen guns go off backward due to the morality, the energy, the observation of intent which is alterable.
To establish a consistent rule on naturalization, which is relative to two criteria in order to establish a base, which would establish the third criteria. The birth certificate is a local birth patent, and the social security card is a federal birth patent.
